Delivery & Returns
As we sell a range of items the delivery options will vary depending on the size and nature of the piece.
Please check the delivery options when you purchase the item. In general they will be one of the following categories:
This will be collection from Shrewsbury, Shropshire. We can be flexible on collection date and times and will aim to identify a collection date within 10 working days of you purchasing the item. We are happy to liaise with your chosen courier firm if you wish to have them collect an item for you. However, you will need to agree the prices and insurance for the items once it leaves out premises.
Delivery will be 1-2 weeks from purchase date, subject to location.
The shipping cost that we quote at checkout is an average shipping cost of between £20 to £50 and is correct for most areas within England. However, for some locations in England, Scotland and Wales this will vary depending on the courier charges. Once we have received your order, we will notify you within 24 hours if there will be an increase to the shipping cost. Alternatively, please contact us ahead of placing your order and we will obtain a quote from our couriers.
This is for items that can be sent by mail or postal courier. We will contact you once payment has been received to confirm the method and date of the mailing. All items will be mailed within 5-10 working days of payment. Items will be packaged appropriately and insured with the delivery company. Please check the item is not damaged before you sign for the delivery.
Please ensure in all cases that your delivery address is correct during checkout as this is the delivery address we will use. If an alternative delivery address is required, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org at the point of purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
All items are described as accurately as possible and will highlight any major blemishes.
All items are vintage and even when restored will show signs of wear and tear, which is to be expected with unique pieces.
If you have any questions or require additional photos, please ask before purchasing.
All sales are final.
If an item is delivered to you damaged, please do not accept delivery and request that it is returned to us directly. We can then liaise with the courier or delivery company. Once an item has been accepted at the delivery address we are unable to action a refund for damage.
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in the condition it was dispatched and using a courier agreed by Tomahawk Furniture.
The buyer is liable for the full cost of the return courier fee. In case of a return, the costs of delivery (i.e. outbound delivery costs) are non-refundable, unless Tomahawk Furniture finds that the item was damaged in transportation or determines the listing was inaccurate, misleading, or misrepresented the item.
Specifically, Tomahawk Furniture cannot be held responsible if an item of furniture cannot gain access to, or does not fit in its intended space. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you measure all access areas prior to making a purchase.
