An elegant mid-century sideboard by renowned furniture maker, Alfred Cox.
This stunning sideboard is extremely well constructed, built principally from solid teak with some fine teak veneer used for grain effects and a darker afrormosia wood lip round the top. The wood has a pronounced vibrant flame which really catches the light.
It bears the Alfred Cox ‘AC’ maker’s mark and ‘Handcraft Quality Furniture’ badge. Dovetail joints for the drawers and top-quality materials.
It comprises a bank of 3 drawers to the left and a double door sectioned, shelved cupboard to the right,
the shelf being shaped to accommodate bottles etc.
A very desirable piece, in superb restored condition.
